Cycling Canada Cyclisme is the sum of its member provincial/territorial cycling associations, and governed by a Board of Directors comprising a president, five directors at large and a national team athlete director. The Board of Directors meets at least twice (2) a year and the President exercises general oversight of the affairs of Cycling Canada Cyclisme on behalf of the Board of Directors.
Programs for athlete, coach, officials and event development are led by expert volunteers and staff and the association’s national office is located in Ottawa.
The Canadian Cycling Association (branded as Cycling Canada) has received a Certificate of Continuance form Industry Canada and is in compliance with the new Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. Corporation number 35173-3
The Canadian Cycling Association is also registered with the Canada Revenue Agency Charities Directorate, and is designated as a Registered Amateur Athletic Association (RCAAA). Charitable number 13017 7116 RR 0001.

The following “Code of Conduct” flows from the values and ethics espoused by Cycling Canada. We are committed to providing “the pursuit of good sport” and ensuring that the sport of cycling is practiced in a fair manner.
